Jane Lucas                   Founder & Principal Consultant

Driven by her passion for marketing, business development and mentoring, Jane established AdviserAdvantage in June 2000.

With over 14 years experience in sales and business development, Jane’s professionalism, vision and exceptional client service ethic enabled her to begin providing independent, practical business support to a variety of clients.

Jane holds the Advanced Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning), a Postgraduate Diploma in Management and a Masters in Marketing.

Jo Nicholls                    Consultant

Jo has over 12 years experience in the financial services industry across a broad range of disciplines including research, product development, product management, compliance and marketing.

She has a Bachelor of Communications and has completed the Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) and 3 units of the Advanced Diploma.

Alison DeVries            Bookkeeping Services Manager

Alison brings over 15 years experience in accounting and business management across a variety of domestic and international organisations.

Alison has a Bachelor of Business and is a Certified Practicing Accountant. 

David Young                Strategy & Technology Consultant

As a company director in a dynamic and growing software company, David brings understanding and appreciation of the challenges facing small business.

David assists AdviserAdvantage clients with business analysis and technology consulting services, particularly in the areas of business databases and client relationship management.

David is an Electrical Engineer and has an MBA from Macquarie University.
